Manual Arm Barrier with Pneumatic Spring and Fixed Pole Support

This manual access barrier is designed for reliable, user-friendly control of vehicle access points in industrial, commercial, and municipal environments. Equipped with a pneumatic spring, the barrier arm lifts and lowers smoothly with minimal effort, making operation safe and comfortable even with longer arm lengths.

The barrier features a robust steel main support with a large, hot-dip galvanized base plate for secure anchoring. A matching fixed supporting post ensures stable positioning when the barrier is closed. The thick-walled aluminium barrier arm is powder-coated and fitted with red reflective stripes for excellent visibility in all weather and lighting conditions.

The barrier arm can be locked in both the open and closed position, with multiple locking configurations available, including padlock, triangular lock, and Euro profile cylinder solutions.

Construction

• Main support:

  • Steel square tube 120 × 80 mm

  • Base plate 360 × 360 × 8 mm with 4 × Ø 20 mm anchor holes

  • Hot-dip galvanized and powder-coated red

  • Arm can be fixed in open and closed positions

• Supporting post:

  • Steel tube 70 × 70 mm

  • Base plate 220 × 220 × 8 mm with 4 × Ø 20 mm anchor holes

• Barrier arm:

  • Thick-walled aluminium tube Ø 80 mm

  • Powder-coated with red reflective stripes

• Height: Approx. 950 mm above ground

• Total width: Clear width + approx. 180 mm
