Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how returns, cancellations and refunds are handled for purchases made on barrier4u.com.

1) Standard return policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, complete, and returned in the original packaging.

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly supplied.
  • A 15% restocking fee may apply to discretionary returns of non-faulty goods.
  • Final sale items cannot be returned.

2) Return process

  • Contact us first to request a return at info@barrier4u.com.
  • We will confirm the return and provide instructions and the correct return address.
  • Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of shipment.

3) Condition of returned goods

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging. Returns showing signs of installation, wear or missing components may be refused or subject to additional deductions.

4) Custom-made & non-returnable items

Products made to customer specifications or clearly personalised cannot normally be returned. Examples include:

  • Custom printed barrier belts
  • Printed banners or signage
  • Products manufactured specifically for a project

These items are considered final sale unless defective or damaged during delivery.

5) Damaged or faulty products

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
  • Report visible transport damage within 7 days.
  • Manufacturing defects are covered by our 3-year functional warranty.
  • Contact info@barrier4u.com with photos and your order number for assistance.

6) Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to process the refund.

For voluntary returns of non-faulty goods, the refund amount may be reduced by the applicable restocking fee.

7) Exchanges

If you need a different item, the fastest option is usually to place a new order and return the original item once your return request has been approved.
