Shipping Policy
Orders are processed and dispatched from our European warehouse. Most stocked items ship within 2–3 business days.
Made-to-order and custom-printed products are produced after order confirmation, with an estimated lead time of 2–3 weeks.
Deliveries are carried out by DHL or an equivalent carrier, Monday–Friday, between 08:00–17:00.
Delivery is made to the ground floor at the delivery address.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information.
Multiple parcels may be sent separately depending on stock availability and product type.
If you have your own shipping account and wish to use it, please include full details with your order confirmation.
All shipments sent under our freight agreement are insured in transit.
When shipping via the customer’s own carrier, our insurance does not apply.
